This item fits Hummer H2 with factory rear-mounted spare tire carrier and spare tire mounted license plate. If your H2 has an aftermarket spare tire carrier and bumper-mounted license plate, you will need to order the 2002-2004 model Hummer H2 Tire Cover

This cover is designed to re-use the Chrome Dome license plate light cover that comes standard on your H2's rear license plate carrier. Simply unclip the Chrome Dome and snap into the tire cover.
